Do you have experience in production? We've got a number of key roles available in Redruth!Our client urgently needs Assembly Line Operatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global company based in Redruth.What will the role involve?* You'll be a valuable member of the team, using your excellent attention to detail assembling small parts * Able to work as part of a team * Confident at being able to complete paperwork * Full training and induction will be provided and you'll work with a supportive team.What else do I need to know?* You can start work immediately! * No weekends (but overtime available) Monday - Friday on a rotating shift between 6am - 2pm / 2pm -10pm with the flexibility to do a straight day shift and night shift if required! * Excellent rate of pay plus a shift allowance. * Excellent overtime rates.What are we looking for?* You'll need to have excellent dexterity * A good understanding of Maths and English * When things get busy you'll be able to work under pressure and 'muck in' as part of a team to achieve targets * With outstanding attention to detail, a common-sense approach and great interpersonal skills, you'll be motivated to do a fantastic job * Previous factory experience is not essential although would be beneficialWhat else do I need to know?* You must be able to demonstrate dexterity from previous job roles and ideally have a bac...
