This role is crucial in the education and social development of babies and young children up to the age of five.As a Nursery Room Leader, you will create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow, design age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development, and lead a team of nursery staff. Day-to-day of the role: Create and maintain a safe, stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Design and implement age-appropriate play activities that encourage children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Support learning and care, maintaining detailed records of children’s progress. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers. Provide leadership and support to other nursery staff.
