Birchrose Associates are recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist a Sussex based law firm 2 months +.The Opportunity We are partnering with a high street practice to recruit for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist with clearing an existing caseload. The role will be based from their office in Sussex with up to 2 days per week remote working offered.This assignment is to start ASAP with an expected duration of circa 2 months, with potential to extend beyond this point. The locum is free to work full time or part time, with a minimum of 3 days per week required. Responsibilities The successful Locum will manage a caseload including the following matters: Drafting and advising on a range of wills Trusts LPAs Estate administration The locum will have shared admin support.
