This hands-on role focuses on maintaining the site’s cleanliness and supporting waste management and recycling efforts, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.Responsibilities:* Collection and disposal of site waste* Baling cardboard and plastic materials for recycling* Emptying bins and sweeping/cleaning both internal and external areas* Operating floor cleaning machinery* Supporting site maintenance tasks, including weeding, clearing leaves, and minor outdoor duties* Assisting with occasional one-off tasks, such as moving office furniture, disposing of old products, or light painting* Loading and unloading trucks as requiredAbout You:* Experience in a site maintenance or janitorial role preferred* A current FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is highly advantageous, particularly for baling and truck operations* Good attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on attitude* Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyIf you're interested in the above...
