We are seeking a Company Accountant who is keen to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, working closely with the management team.Key Responsibilities:* Overseeing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments.* Cashflow management* Managing customer invoicing and monitoring incoming payments.* Conducting bank reconciliations.* Producing monthly management accounts.* Handling online payment methods.* Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns.* Processing payroll for 20 employees, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.What We're Looking For:* Previous experience in a similar finance role.* Robust & highly commercial* Qualified candidate, either MAAT or ACA* Strong attention to detail with meticulous record-keeping skills.* Excellent communication skills* Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.* Adaptable and flexible approach to problem-solving.Package* Competitive Salary:
