You will lead by example with excellent customer service skills to provide the very best healthcare services to the communities in and around Gloucestershire.Many of our branches operate a range of opening hours, however we can be flexible with days of work. This branch is one of our busiest regularly dispensing over 25000 items per month, has a robot dispensing dosette trays and is the first of our branches to utilise the PharmacyX systemWe require you to:Undertake the role of responsible pharmacist at the pharmacyManage the safe and effective delivery of all pharmaceutical services at branch level including blood pressure, contraceptive services, flu jabs and all Pharmacy First servicesMaintain and improve peoples health by promoting Healthy Living Pharmacy servicesEnsure the effective and efficient running of the pharmacy, leading by exampleEnsure the pharmacy engages with all commissioned services and complies with the quality frameworkDevelop the pharmacy business through relevant initiatives,Strong leadership of a team of technicians, dispensers and counter assistantsWe value our staff greatly.
