Main responsibility is to support the National account manager to ensure the back-office support of these accounts are maintained to the highest level.ResponsibilitiesAssisting NAM with all aspects of administration associated with allocated accountsWorking with the service team to ensure compliance with Service Level agreementWorking with the sales team to proactively share end of contract machines coming back into the business.Planning/ managing equipment deliveriesQuote building & preparationReview meeting preparation and data managementAttending customer meetings with NAMActioning daily customer requests/reportsGenerating sales reporting for internal sales meetingsAssisting with invoice queriesDaily customer engagementFleet optimization planning and reportingVOR monitoring /prop arrangementRAMS framework / support/ enforcementCandidate RequirementsA sound knowledge of the MHE industry would be advantageous.Good IT skills including outlook, excel, word and internet explorer.The ability to learn to use our CRM and internal Protean forklift software.Ability to work alone and as an integral part of a team.Enjoy selling, challenges 'successes and working with others.Ability to build strong relationships with dealers and sales teams alike.Strong interpersonal + communication skillsHigh focus on customer relationshipsWhat we offer:Up to 27 days holiday (plus bank holidays) depending on length of service.Company Car including private fuel2 x basic salary death in service payment, payable to your nominated recipientHealth care cash plan that covers some costs towards dental treatment, NHS prescriptions, Annual health checks etcBenefits platform giving discounts on major supermarket shops, high street vendors, holidays and gym memberships.Employee Assistance ProgrammeOngoing training and Career OpportunitiesCycle to work schemeRefer a friend bonus 500 per person terms applyLong Service Awards on 10, 20 and 30 yearsLife Event Day - Getting Married, Moving Home, GraduatingJBRP1_UKTJ
