Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with learning disabilities and/or autism? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Project Worker to join our dedicated residential team supporting young people with additional needs.What You’ll Be Doing:*Providing consistent, structured care and support in line with individual support plans.*Working waking night shifts, including weekends, to ensure 24-hour support for young people.*Building strong, professional relationships based on empathy, acceptance and understanding.*Supporting young people with learning disabilities and/or autism, including those who may present behaviours that challenge.What We’re Looking For:*Experience working directly with children and young people - particularly those with additional needs - is highly desirable.*Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide structure, reliability, and consistency.*A compassionate, resilient attitude and a commitment to building meaningful connections with young people.*A relevant qualification at SCQF Level 7 (e.g. SVQ3 in Children and Young People) and HNC in Social Services, or the willingness to work towards these (funding support may be available).*SSSC registration or eligibility to register as part of employment...
