Pennine Lancashire is seeking a Health Care Support Worker to join our Mental Health Liaison Team at Royal Blackburn Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity, and the successful candidate will be part of an evolving service that has the needs of our service users at its heart. We are looking for someone enthusiastic to join a forward-thinking, dynamic, and constantly developing team. While working as part of the team, you will be required to: Work as an integrated member of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT), working within a rotational shift system to support patients according to their care needs, some of whom may present with complex mental health presentations or deterioration in their mental health and are in crisis. Contribute to and participate in the ongoing support of patients and their carers. Contribute to the protection of patients from abuse. Contribute to the health, safety, and security of patients and their environment. Obtain, transmit, and store information relating to the delivery of a care service.
