The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive bodyshop management, experience with BSI standards, and familiarity with Autoflow. The Role: Bodyshop ManagerYour responsibilities will include: Managing on-site team members including Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimators, and administrative staff Overseeing site management aspects such as Health and Safety, Performance, Financials, and Customer Service Utilizing Autoflow BMS and Audatex estimating system Leading by example and fostering a positive work environment Recruiting staff and achieving KPIs with senior management support Meeting or exceeding Key to Key and CSI targets Driving performance and operational excellence Managing resources and costs to optimize profitability Monitoring productivity and minimizing non-productive time Building good relationships with key personnel and suppliers Conducting daily production meetings to meet work targets Handling customer issues effectively Candidate Requirements: Bodyshop ManagerPrevious management experience in a bodyshop environment is essential Deep knowledge of repair and claims processes Strong leadership and people management skills Good business acumen Experience managing accident repair sites If interested, contact Rochelle at Clear Automotive for a confidential discussion about this opportunity.
