For hours worked between midnight and 6am, you will receive an additional night premium of £2.30 per hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work as few as 12 hours. We schedule your shifts within the availability windows provided, with 3 weeks' notice. We support flexibility; if your availability closely matches but isn't exact, we still encourage you to apply. Customers are central to everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you'll support store operations, assist customers, and lead your team to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Your role involves overseeing store duties, supporting colleagues, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a positive team environment. You must be 18 or over to apply.
