Core Duties And ResponsibilitiesPromote the company’s core values and ensure staff follow them. Support the ongoing development of a high-performing team. Implement strategic plans to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain key cycles, and ensure repairs are completed to the highest quality. Maximise company profits. Liaise regularly with internal teams. About YouStrong methodology knowledge, ideally within the Bodyshop repair industry. Experience managing a site/bodyshop and people. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Willing to go the extra mile to provide practical support and demonstrate technical competence.
