Our Client in the Northeast is looking to add aPlastererto their team. You will be based in theBishop Aucklandarea working as a Maintenance Plasterer. The Working Hours will be: Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00 The Pay Rate will be: £20 per hour LTD – Van Provided Responsibilities include: You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties. Working with bathroom, kitchen, and other areas to deliver high-quality maintenance work. Delivering the highest quality patching and skimming work, rendering for internal and external walls, and multi-finish work. Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements. Ensure that repairs and maintenance works are undertaken considerately within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs. Candidate Requirements: Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plastering. Experience within similar roles. Full UK Driving License.#J-18808-Ljbffr
