The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of cleanliness while providing excellent member service.ResponsibilitiesEnsure adherence to all policies and procedures, including Health and Safety regulations.Maintain the JD Gyms Brand Standards.Conduct regular cleaning and safety checks (daily, weekly, monthly).Report any defects to ensure the safety of the building and equipment.Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the gym.Adhere to uniform standards.Deliver outstanding member service.Participate in training videos to help deliver exceptional standards.Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.Skills and ExperienceHardworking with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.Passionate about exceeding expectations.Previous experience in a similar role, capable of multitasking and working independently.Effective communication skills and approachable demeanor.Additional Information We offer our colleagues benefits such as staff discounts on JD Group and other brands, along with personal development opportunities.
