This frontline team plays a crucial role in ensuring children and families receive the appropriate support promptly. Working within a busy and diverse community, you will lead complex assessments, support decision-making at the initial contact point, and contribute to a service focused on early intervention, child protection, and long-term improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesComplete assessments, reviews, DSTs, and participate in panels as part of the Pathway team. Work primarily in the office on Wednesdays, with travel to Slough required for assessments. Meet strict timeframes to assess cases, enabling transition from D2A to long-term care if appropriate. Utilize technology effectively; community work and access to transport are necessary.
