Over the past 25 years Taiko has launched more first to market Sushi and Food to Go products than any other sushi manufacturer in the UK.The purpose of the role is to provide technical and operational support, monitor and optimise Taiko Business systems. As a member of the team, you will provide support across Taiko’s operational environments by responding to and attempting to resolve application and hardware alerts in a timely and efficient manner.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Business systems procedures and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing within team. Investigate and document findings from root cause analysis. Provide technical and operational support to users. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth running of business systems. Assist in the setup, configuration and maintenance of the business systems.RequirementsFood production environment exposure. Experience in using O365 tools.
