With over 160 consultants across regional offices in England and Scotland, the company provides expert advice on buildings and projects nationwide, ensuring efficient and effective client service.Their work spans multiple private sectors, including retail, office, and industrial projects. They manage a variety of surveys and projects, ranging from large office schemes valued at £35m to fitouts in the £250k-£500k range, serving clients such as investors, developers, landlords, and occupiers across all sectors.This role will involve a blend of Project Management and Building Surveying, with a strong focus on projects. You will collaborate with the Project Management team on various budgets, starting with smaller projects and building surveying work in the first six months, before transitioning to larger projects with a reduced surveying focus.The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio, concentrating on design and contract administration across sectors like retail, office, and industrial.
