Job DescriptionSummerset at Wigram is seeking an exceptional Caregiver to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. The shifts are scheduled for Monday & Tuesday from 1500 to 2300 and Sunday from 1500 to 2300, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts and cover absences. This busy and diverse role involves assisting residents with daily activities such as showering, delivering meals, and more. You should be resilient, kind, patient, and maintain a good level of fitness to provide excellent personal care. Your responsibilities include: Providing personal care to residents under the guidance of the Registered Nurse. Working as part of a team to support a safe and enjoyable home environment for residents. This role offers growth opportunities to develop your skills and build a career in healthcare. To succeed, you should: Have experience in aged care or relevant qualifications. Show genuine compassion for people from all walks of life. Be a team player and manage your time effectively. Be available for rostered shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
