About the role:We seek a motivated individual to join as a Business Administration Apprentice, gaining practical office experience while working towards a recognised qualification. The role involves interacting with people and handling daily administrative duties within one of our central support functions. Key Responsibilities and Requirements:Assist with administration tasks for the Apprenticeship and Compliance departments under supervision. Answer phone calls, create files, scan, copy, and update records on the CRM system. Generate correspondence, maintain diaries, and manage routine enquiries. Support compliance and audit activities, ensuring adherence to policies. Archive files, undertake typing, collate and distribute documents, and organise records and events. The postholder may be expected to perform other duties of similar responsibility with appropriate training or qualifications. Candidate Requirements:Proficient ICT skills, including Office 365.
