Main ResponsibilitiesManage a complex and varied caseload, includingPublic Law Outline (PLO)cases andadoption proceedings . Undertake thorough assessments to evaluate risk and need, and design tailored care plans to support positive outcomes. Work in partnership with a wide range of professionals, including police, healthcare teams, educational settings, and voluntary organisations, to deliver holistic support. Promote thesafety, welfare, and wellbeing of children and young peoplethrough proactive safeguarding and intervention strategies. Social Work Degreeand successful completion of theAssessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) . Registered with Social Work England . Proven experience in working with children and families within a statutory social work setting. Strongassessment, analytical, communication,andinterpersonal skills .
