Your new role Oversee repairs, schedule inspections, and ensure the premises are in top condition. Manage supplies, order new stock, and ensure equipment is operational. Assist with key management, monitor access, and enforce safety protocols. Arrange meeting spaces, set up equipment, and prepare facilities for use. Support workplace safety measures and ensure facilities meet regulations. Supervise cleaning schedules and waste disposal to maintain hygiene. What you'll need to succeed Full UK Driving License and own vehicle Previous experience as a Caretaker or Facilities Assistant What you'll get in return You will receive a Temp to Perm contract with a well-established facilities management company.
