Asset Manager / Property Services Manager (Assets) St Austell, Cornwall £51,010 per annumAn exciting opportunity has arisen with Ocean Housing Group for a permanent, full time, Asset Manager within our Property Services team. As our Asset Manager, you will gain insights and propose options for future program delivery and investment in our homes and lead the Property Services Assets Team to shape our plans and strategic direction. Youll lead and coordinate property investment programmes and actively contribute to our overall business plan for the future. You will carry out stock condition surveys and inspections, ensuring all relevant information is documented and accessible to internal stakeholders to help manage completed works and prepare accurate budget assumptions. With strong experience in construction and property, you will be pivotal in ensuring good quality services meet our tenants needs, with all works meeting agreed financial budgets. Youll take an interest in the energy efficiency within all our properties, taking the lead with writing all relevant policies and procedures relating to asset management.
