Job DetailsPosition:Waste Management Driver C1 (Scale 3, SCP 7-8) Salary:£25,584 - £25,992, plus 8.5% Flexibility Allowance (£27,757.64 - £28,201.32 including allowance), subject to Job Evaluation Review. Plus 19% employer pension contribution. Type:Permanent, full-time (37 hours/week) Shift Pattern:Monday - Thursday (details attached) Location:Primarily at Environmental Services Depot, Antrim. May work at any WRM facility across the Council Borough. Remote working is unavailable. Purpose of the JobProvide Waste Resource Management (WRM) services, including collection of residual and recyclable waste, street and environmental cleansing, delivery of stores, and Household Recycling Centre functions, in accordance with Council standards. Manage resources to deliver these services. Application ProcessThe panel will use only information from the application form for shortlisting. The recruitment process will assess candidates against the requirements and the four competencies in the Council's Competence Framework. The provisional interview date is the week commencing 19 May 2025.
