With over a 20,000 strong team they are passionate about producing high-quality, innovative food enjoyed by millions every day.The Role:You will be responsible for the management and performance of several Broiler farms, supporting Farm Managers and Relief Managers to meet operational targets and maintain the highest standards of welfare and productivity.Key Responsibilities:Oversee production and performance across allocated farms. Support and guide Farm Managers to meet KPIs in productivity, welfare, and biosecurity as well as ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at all times. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to optimise flock health and performance. Report to the Regional Manager on all aspects of husbandry and stock performance. Lead and manage farm teams, coordinate daily operations, motivate, coach, and develop staff. Work alongside HR on people matters. Provide on-call support for your allocated farms and assist others as needed.
