Job Opportunity: Site Services CoordinatorJoin our team at the Kettering Engineering Plant, where we produce plant-based milk alternatives. We are seeking aSite Services Coordinatorto manage and coordinate site utilities and services within the Maintenance department. ResponsibilitiesManage all site services contractors Create and oversee SAP work orders and purchase orders related to site services Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance and site service activities Support internal and external stakeholder queries About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have: Experience in a similar operational environment Knowledge of site service compliance, legislation, WWTP & Effluent management, refrigeration, LOTO & PTW, PUWER, LOLER, LEV Experience managing wastewater treatment plants and implementing improvements Experience managing energy center activities, building services, and site purchasing & budgeting Operational knowledge of site services and awareness of hygiene standards in food environments Understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation Strong communication, problem-solving, and PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook CMMS experience, preferably SAP Ability to motivate teams and manage time effectively Knowledge of automated process control Desirable: Knowledge of food hygiene requirements.
