Grounds Maintenance Operative/ Landscape GardenerRef: 4291 | Temporary Simple Recruitment is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative for our client based in Bath to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. Working hours: 7.00am to 3.30pm, Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 3.00pm, Fridays Benefits: Training and Development Opportunities On Site Parking Holiday Accrual Weekly Pay Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Tea/Coffee/Kitchen Facilities Responsibilities: Driving to various sites to maintain areas to a professional standard Operating heavy machinery such as large pedestrian mowers, cow horn strimmers, and 2-stroke hedge cutters Applying horticultural knowledge; basic gardening skills are advantageous Watering new tree stock Ensuring footpaths and hard surfaces are clean Providing services to the public Performing other duties as required Requirements: Full driving licence is required as you will be driving to various sites across Bath and the local area Enjoy working outdoors and in all weather conditions Physically fit, punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Additional information: Occasional weekend litter duty, typically on Saturday or Sunday mornings from 6.00am/7.00am to 10.00am/11.00am Salary:£12.59 per hour Our client is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team on a temporary basis.
