An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Support Systems Officer or experienced payroll systems individual to join the Employee Services team. You will support our payroll shared services for clients across the Black Country and beyond, processing circa 45,500 employees. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Payroll systems. It would be desirable if you also have proficiency in Agenda for Change, Medical & Dental terms and conditions, and relevant legislation. You will be responsible for managing and implementing systems and projects across the Employee Services Department, operating with some autonomy, using your knowledge of procedures and system functionality. You will handle system support roles, enact changes, and introduce new systems impacting Employee Services.
