QualificationsProven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service Training will be delivered on site in one of our London branches throughout April/May – travel costs will be paid.
