The successful candidate will manage various recruitment campaigns, including spot and volume campaigns. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment processes, from responding to ads and sourcing passive candidates to screening, interviewing, and assessment. The role involves presenting shortlists to clients, liaising with clients and candidates throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding stages, and identifying future business opportunities for the sales team.
