Charity Coordinator £35,000 per annum / pro rata (£18 per hour) Part-Time Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10am and 4pm. Job Purpose Our client is looking for a dedicated Charity Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care and support for their guests in alignment with the mission. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment and induction of all staff, session leads, and volunteers to ensure a skilled and passionate team. Maintain policies and systems to ensure reliable service delivery. Schedule sessions three months in advance for both guests and staff.
