About The Role As an Artwork Team Leader you will be part of o ur Global Artwork team within Brand Change and Innovation. Y ou'll play a key role in driving Diageo’s ambition to be the most innovative, trusted and respected consumer goods company in the world. This is a hands-on leadership role that balances coordination, continuous improvement and cross-functional partnership. You will lead a team of Artwork Coordinators, made up of both permanent employees and contractors, ensuring seamless delivery of artwork for our global portfolio. Collaborating closely with Brand Change teams across functions and categories, you'll ensure the project pipeline is appropriately resourced and that artwork is delivered right first time contributing to critical KPIs including speed to market and on-time, in-full delivery. Key Accountabilities: Deliver all aspects of people management, including recruitment, absence, performance, and developmentCollaborate with Brand Change, Innovation and category teams to plan resource requirements and support project deliveryLead team budgets and financial processes, including purchase orders and re-chargesLead the team to scope, develop, and deliver artwork requirements, while stepping in to support during peak periods when neededDrive continuous improvement through Right First-Time metrics and support broader KPIs like Speed to Market and On Time in FullEnsure governance and compliance with CARM controls, always keeping the team audit readyFacilitate Tier 1 improvement processes, handle resource allocation, and respond to ad hoc requestsRepresent the artwork team in Tier meetings, manage escalations, and lead root cause problem solving for any live issuesAbout You We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. P assionate about leading teams, building relationships, and making a real impact across our business. Ideally, you’ll have a university degree or equivalent experience, with a background in FMCG being a distinct advantage.
