Job Description

Torquay PCN is seeking a strategic, digitally skilled, and proactive individual to lead the development and implementation of transformational initiatives across our four member practices: Brunel Medical Practice, Chelston Hall Surgery, Southover Medical Practice, and Croft Hall Medical Practice. This role is integral to helping the PCN meet national priorities and deliver local improvements to patient care. The post-holder will work closely with the Clinical Director and Practice Managers to support service redesign, improve digital infrastructure, and drive innovation across the network. This is a leadership-level role requiring operational and strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, and effective project delivery. Main duties of the jobDevelop and deliver a comprehensive business plan to meet PCN DES and strategic goals Act as the lead for digital and service transformation initiatives Collaborate with local health and social care organisations, and represent the PCN at Collaborative Board meetings Oversee implementation of new services, data analysis, and project evaluation Supervise PCN staff and coordinate the production of documentation such as agendas, reports, and funding proposals Monitor financial and performance metrics and report outcomes effectively About usThis role involves travel within the Torquay area as needed.
