An opportunity has arisen for the post of Team Manager (Part Time) in Evolve. We deliver safety, warmth, and comfort to homes and businesses. Every role, whether in the office or on the front line, plays a key part in this mission. Here’s how you will contribute… Managing operational activities within budget allocations. Managing both Evolve employees and contractors across all operational activities, including Emergency, Repair, Connections, and Reinstatement processes. Providing a safe, efficient, and effective service to all customers. Managing performance and delivering improvements by embracing innovation and challenging the norm. What you will need We’re looking for a variety of skills and qualities that make you a great fit. An extensive knowledge of the Northern Ireland gas industry, legislation, and related health and safety policies and procedures is essential. Highly motivated with a flexible and positive approach to work. Good leadership, organisational, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to act on your own initiative. Effective communication skills at all levels, within and beyond your team. Committed to safety and providing coaching & leadership. Prepared to support colleagues during high workloads and incidents.
