We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Auditor to join a long-established, independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Leeds City Centre. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, keeping your work varied and interesting, whilst encouraging you to progress within the firm. As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for:Planning, executing, and completing statutory audits of clients, both on-site and in the office. Leading audits on-site, ensuring audit procedures are adhered to fully, all hours are correctly recorded, and budgets are met. Supervising, mentoring, and supporting the work of less experienced team members. Producing work for Manager and Partner review, clearly highlighting technical or client-specific issues, and providing possible solutions where required Performing “accounts preparation” jobs as and when required. To qualify for this Senior Auditor position, ideally you will meet the following:ACA or ACCA qualified or near completion Experience working to a Senior Auditor level within an accountancy firm.
