Job DescriptionWe have a fabulous opportunity to joinSandersonin our Front Office team as aNight Assistant Front Office Manager . You will oversee the running of the front desk overnight, ensuring a smooth transition between the day and night teams. You will ensure guests have an exceptional stay and be the go-to person for the team in the absence of senior management. To be successful in this role, we ask that you have:Previous management experience within a Front Desk/Office environment. Ability to work overnight. Experience in a 4/5-star hotel or high-profile events. High proficiency in Microsoft Office. Leadership skills to guide and direct teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments. Keen eye for detail.
