Business Development Advisor (Office based)Experience: None Required Job type: Part Time (flexible hours) Salary: £15.00 per hour + performance bonus (OTE £28,500) We have an opportunity for a Business Development Advisor to join our expanding team, which is based in our office in Nursling, Southampton. This outbound B2B position is a great opportunity for a driven candidate; experience within business development sales and/or customer service is ideal but not necessary – if you believe you have the skills to succeed, then we want to hear from you! You will: Call companies from an existing CRM database to build a pipeline of warm leads Arrange site surveys/meetings for our Business Development Managers Introduce Intersafe by emailing information to client contacts Work towards agreed weekly call and appointment target Maintain accurate records within our CRM database Sales support Administration tasks Managing website leads Working Hours – Flexible hours to suit you available Monday – Friday, 9am-3pm About youAble to handle and overcome objections A positive and self-motivated approach to working Previous B2B experience (ideal but not essential) Must haveExcellent attention to detail Team player and the ability to work alone The ability to quickly build a rapport with clients Experience using a computer database Birthdays Off– In addition to your holiday allowance, you’ll never have to work on your birthday.
