Our Retail Assistants provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we offer: £11.44 per hour Free jewellery – valued between £25-£55 per month! Flexible working hours – work anytime during the day that suits you You will be based in Truro but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential. We are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible. You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable, as we use various apps to streamline work processes. Job role:You should be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude. Your responsibilities include: Merchandising products according to visual guidelines Receiving and displaying new stock deliveries Setting up promotional activities Collaborating with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities Important:The Christmas period is our busiest time, and leave requests in December cannot be approved. Please consider this when applying. Requirements:Experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience with fashion brands is a plus. Sales or retail sales experience is preferred.
