Our stunning new home,Bridgewater Manor , is a purpose-built care home facility located in the popular area of Worsley Village, Salford. The home is registered to provide care for 71 residents with various needs, including residential and nursing care. It meets allCQC requirementsand offers the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care, reflecting theNew Carevision.We invest in the latest technology and provide a purposeful programme of daily activities and gentle exercises to enhance residents' experience, care, and wellbeing. Our team members are carefully selected for their warmth and passion, undergo a comprehensive induction, and receive ongoing training through our in-house trainers and theNew Care Academy . The home has been ratedGOODin all domains by CQC. We maintain a0 agency usagepolicy for over 4 years by employing a permanent staff team to ensure continuity of care from staff who know and residents who trust them. All staff are paid at least thenational minimum wage .Care Assistant Role We are seeking to appointkind, caring, and compassionate Care Assistantsto join our team. Your responsibilities will include delivering quality care in line with Care Plans and supporting the efficient operation of the home. We offer0-hour BANK contractsat a rate of£12.25 per hour .
