The home is registered to provide care for 71 residents with various needs, including residential and nursing care. We maintain a0 agency usagepolicy for over 4 years by employing a permanent staff team to ensure continuity of care from staff who know and residents who trust them. All staff are paid at least thenational minimum wage .Care Assistant Role We are seeking to appointkind, caring, and compassionate Care Assistantsto join our team. Your responsibilities will include delivering quality care in line with Care Plans and supporting the efficient operation of the home. We offer0-hour BANK contractsat a rate of£12.25 per hour .
