We are looking for an exceptionally talented, bright, and driven individual to join our Human Resources team as a Senior HR Business Partner. The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as an advisor to Senior Operations leaders, leveraging their strong HR experience and expertise. You will develop and implement business strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. As a natural culture steward, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed Amazon's unique culture into the employee experience. Additionally, you will establish standard processes and policies, guide organizational change through effective change management, and be a key member of the Senior Regional HR leadership team, driving innovation and continuous improvement. Key job responsibilities Manage time effectively to oversee a small cluster of Amazon Logistics sites geographically spread in the South West of England, partnering with the Senior Operations leader. Drive associate engagement programs, act as Employee Relations SME, monitor feedback, and implement retention and reward initiatives. Manage labor relations and complex cases with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating legislative changes into HR policies and practices. Create people-centric plans aligned with business demands, understanding talent's role in strategy and development. Coordinate recruitment for middle and senior management, onboarding, training, and development initiatives. Facilitate talent review processes and succession planning in collaboration with management. Utilize data insights to enhance processes, employee engagement, and policy alignment. Manage and lead complex HR projects and change initiatives, including deploying new tools and technologies to support stakeholders. Lead a small team, multiplying talent and becoming an SME in your business line. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field or equivalent experience. Experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of current HR practices, trends, and tools. Proficiency with MS Office and HR Information Systems. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Ability to analyze data for decision-making. Strong influencing skills.
