Each day and week can be different. The RoleWe are looking for severalRetail Stock Replenishment Assistantsto join our successful team. Work will be in various retail stores; travel may vary by shift. Having your own vehicle is advantageous. You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, working at a fast pace and maintaining high standards. Your duties will include: - De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures as needed. - Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable. - Transporting stock from warehouse to store floor. - Supporting store replenishment activities. Shift DetailsShifts are between 10-12 hours, including days and nights (most are nights). Shifts can be booked via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set your availability and accept shifts. You will clock in/out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard. Travel may be required when local work isn't available; accommodation is provided when staying away from home. Key Skills and ExperienceBasic fitness level for manual handling and lifting. Hardworking and able to work under pressure. Retail experience is preferred but training is provided. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.
