A Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Responsibilities include managing food provisions, assisting with guest queries, and controlling costs. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Managing all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality, and administrative functions Managing the provision of food to Food and Beverage outlets and ensuring compliance with current legislation Assisting in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner Ensuring food quality and proper storage Contributing to menu creation by responding to Guest feedback Ensuring high-quality food production across all hotel outlets Managing customer relations when necessary, in the absence of the Executive Chef Supporting resource needs through effective management of working rotations Training and assessing the Team to support brand standards Managing the kitchen team effectively to ensure organization and motivation Controlling costs without compromising standards, aiming to improve gross profit margins Supporting other departments as needed and maintaining good relationships What are we looking for?
