As a Retail Security Officer, you will provide visible deterrence, respond to incidents, complete reports, and collaborate with authorities.Patrol the shop floor to deter crimeAssess vulnerabilities and proactively minimize risksLiaise with management and authoritiesManage vulnerable persons with empathyConduct searches in line with company policyUse tablets/phones for reporting and planningProvide detailed incident reports to assist clients and authoritiesLocation: BudeHours: 18 hours/weekShift Pattern: Monday & Tuesday, 13:00-22:00Hourly Rate: £14.00The Person You should be a confident communicator, able to provide detailed verbal and written accounts, welcoming, patient, and capable of handling conflict professionally.Required Experience and Qualifications Must have a valid SIA licence.
