Reporting to the Head of Store Design, the Associate System Manager will be responsible for the full management of the system, including its development, user interface design, content publishing, coding, technical development, and testing to ensure smooth operation. You will liaise with external service providers, manage data, service contracts, budgets, workflows, and serve as the main contact for user accounts. Training will also be part of your role. The PrimarkGuru Systemis an architectural specification and standards portal used internally and externally for store design, shopfitting, and services management worldwide. What you'll get: 27 days of leave, plus bank holidays, with the option to buy five additional days Flexible work options, including a 2 pm early finish on Fridays and a subsidized cafeteria Primark Perks – discounts with local partners What You'll Do: Manage content within the Guru system, ensuring quality and relevance Lead platform development and maintenance for smooth operation Oversee change control processes, content updates, and bug fixes Develop and oversee UI improvements, including graphical artwork and third-party software integration Collaborate with teams to format, manage, and upload content; chair change forums Coordinate system maintenance, manage costs/licenses, and support user training and support What you'll bring: At least 3 years of experience managing similar platforms Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Office, Sketchup, and HTML (preferred) Deep understanding of retail architecture, shopfitting, and F+F Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information and work under tight deadlines If this sounds like you, we look forward to your application.
