Experienced Plant Hire & Sales Coordinator - Leicester, LeicesterOur nationwide construction company's Plant and Tool division hires equipment including diggers, dumpers, and small hand tools for the construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. As the first point of contact at our depots, Hire & Sales Coordinators build strong customer relationships, understand hire needs, and ensure client satisfaction. This fast-paced role offers excellent growth opportunities within the organization. Responsibilities include: Processing hire desk administration, including customer and supplier queries. Managing approximately 40-50 hires daily. Maintaining stock levels to meet demand and maximize sales. Loading check vehicles and collaborating with depot drivers and fitters. Resolving customer and supplier issues efficiently. Requirements: Experience in a high-volume hire desk role within the construction industry. Strong customer service skills with a sales focus. Effective communication, organization, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
