TheSenior Clinical Administrator- Titration Servicewill work closely with the Titration Leadership Team to support the effective delivery of the titration service, while also collaborating with colleagues across Psychiatry-UK to ensure patients receive the high-quality, person-centred care they expect. They will utilise strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with a wide range of individuals and external agencies, demonstrating tact and persuasive ability in situations where there may be barriers to understanding or agreement. This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings at various locations within the UK. As ourSenior Clinical Administrator- Titration Serviceyou will: Act as a key liaison between the Titration Leadership Team, Prescribers, and wider Psychiatry-UK (PUK) teams. Assist with the administration of clinical induction, and reviews of prescribers, as well as handling procedural matters and complaints. Respond to queries and complete tasks related to patients and prescribers within the titration service. Compile data, produce reports, and provide minute-taking support for meetings. Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments using the PUK Patient Portal. Make calls and communicate with professionals and patients on behalf of the Titration Team Leads. Manage and reassign tasks appropriately within the PUK systems. Perform general administrative duties including diary management, updating spreadsheets, and email correspondence. Prioritise and manage a dynamic workload, adapting to changing service demands. Participate in supervision, personal development reviews, and mandatory online training. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PUK processes and raise incidents where appropriate. To succeed as ourSenior Clinical Administrator- Titration Service,you will be: An experienced and confident Administrator with experience working within a Healthcare setting. You are a Friendly, approachable and supportive communicator (both written and verbal) with excellent attention to detail. Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Strong customer service skills Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams Knowledge of office management Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Problem-solving skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task Able to remain calm under pressure Ability to work autonomously Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Experience in a psychiatric setting, in either a clinical or administrative role.
