This is a diverse role with many aspects. Let’s dive in:Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in a specific HR area such as talent management, compensation, learning and development, organisational development, or employee engagement.Provide high-level expertise and strategic insights to HR business partners and the wider business to drive initiatives in your area of specialization.Policy and Strategy Development:Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, programs, and practices related to your area of expertise, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.Advisory Support:Advise and coach HR business partners and line managers on complex HR issues, acting as a consultant to ensure policies and processes are followed.Project Management:Lead or participate in HR projects aligned with business strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights to improve organizational performance and HR effectiveness.Innovation and Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on HR trends, propose new initiatives, and improve existing practices.Collaboration:Work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery and foster relationships internally and externally.Your profileTo keep you challenged and fulfilled, we look for candidates with:Completed tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong leadership, prioritization, problem-solving skills, and initiative.Ability to deliver training, create materials, and engage with employees at all levels.Intermediate skills in MS Office and AI tools.Ability to analyze data and metrics for HR initiatives.Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese (C1) is required.About UsWe are a green tech company with a young, creative team committed to our mission:Clean Power for All !
