You will oversee production, preparation, and packing during your shift, making decisions related to personnel management, quality, safety, cost control, and service in the absence of direct line management. Your responsibilities will include:Managing line leaders and operatorsHandling all personnel processes, including training and developmentPerformance management within your areaEnsuring effective communication channelsFostering a positive work culture and good moralePromoting inter-departmental collaboration to meet business objectivesThe Ideal CandidateWe value collaboration and diversity.
