This is a Full Time/Flexible Working, Permanent vacancy that will close 10 hours ago at 23:59 BST. The VacancyWates has an opportunity for aPlumberto join our team within the Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Croydon office on one of our social housing contracts, delivering reactive maintenance to residents. Key Accountabilities will include:Understanding and working to industry-accepted Health and Safety standards. Undertaking repair/renewal works to plumbing installations and associated or minor maintenance tasks utilizing your multi-trade experience. Collaborating with colleagues or contractors to complete complex orders. Using PDA to receive instructions and feedback electronically on works undertaken or to be undertaken. Liaising with Supervisors/schedulers promptly when works cannot be completed on the first visit, providing detailed information for scheduling. Providing excellent customer service to residents, clients, and colleagues. You must have a full UK driving licence. We are seeking a professional Plumber with multi-trade experience gained from similar industry environments. To succeed, you should be an excellent communicator, capable of problem-solving, multitasking, and working to tight deadlines. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at the offer stage.
