The role is a FTC for 12 months, covering maternity leave - July 2025 start. Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of suppliers to ensure product availability across the network by developing strong supplier relationships which are monitored and managed against contractual KPI targets Consolidating supplier performance KPIs monthly and ensuring measurement consistency Establishing and sharing KPI scorecards Managing long term supplier action plans where performance consistently falls below targets Identifying opportunities to improve service or reduce costs via data analytics and root cause analysis Validating risk assessments and executing associated risk mitigation actions Conducting internal performance reviews with Distribution Managers, Strategic Sourcing & Commercialisation teams Making contributions to the category strategy and defining operational priorities for tenders Required Skills Experience of working in an environment where supplier performance management and strategic category management are well embedded Experience in an organisation with matrixed working Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to listen to support Strong analytical abilities, with rigorous attention to detail and an ability to synthesise scenarios Autonomous, structured, highly organized and results driven Pragmatic decision maker with an ability to prioritize An ability to solve problems logically and effectively Good team player with excellent communication skills Sense of responsibility and ethics Pay range and compensation package- excellent salary and benefits package Equal Opportunity Statement- We actively support diversity, equity and inclusion and make sure that our employees are valued and treated with dignity and respect.
