You'll be providing hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment while developing your skills in hardware, software, networking, and help desk management.What You'll Be Doing:Providing 2nd Line technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Troubleshooting and resolving Windows, macOS, and Linux operating system problems. Managing support tickets using tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Remedy. Collaborating with 1st and 3rd Line teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Setting up and configuring new hardware, software, and peripherals. Assisting users with network connectivity, security, and troubleshooting. Maintaining accurate documentation of issues and solutions. Keeping up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices.What We're Looking For:Experience in a 2nd Line IT support role OR a 1st Line Engineer eager to step up. Strong understanding of computer hardware, troubleshooting, and configuration. Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Experience with networking concepts and protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Active Directory, Group Policies, Windows Server (up to 22) Virtualisation including both Azure VD, VMware, Hyper-V Familiarity with help desk software such as Jira, Remedy, or ServiceNow. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
